Download the .jar file.
Make sure you have Java 7 or newer installed.
[Windows] Double-Click the .jar file to start.
[Mac OSX] Right-click (or control-click) the .jar file and choose "Open"
[Linux] You know what to do.

Make sure your Android device allows apps from unknown sources.
Download the .apk file.
Put the .apk file on your Android device (via USB cable or SD card).
Open the .apk file in your Android file browser. The packet installer should start.
Open the game in from the app menu.
